Please note that normally we do not guide this trip. We sell the package to Cristalino Lodge and there you will be accompanied by a local bilingual guide. A private local guide and excursions are available for early bookings at an additional fee of US$ 380 per day. Regarding air tickets to Alta Floresta, we can book those for you.

TRANSFERS

The transfer from Alta Floresta Airport to Cristalino Lodge lasts only one hour drive by car, followed by a beautiful boat ride of half an hour. This transfer is included on the price and the lodge personel will be waiting you upon arrival at the airport.

The transfer schedules bellow are subject to change without prior notice.

ARRIVAL – Transfer leaves Alta Floresta at 13:00. The expected arrival time at Cristalino Lodge is 14:30.

DEPARTURE – Transfer leaves Cristalino Lodge at 10:00. The expected arrival time in Alta Floresta is 11:30.

Two incredible observation towers of 50m high, above the forest canopy.

Great birding destination, with a great diversity of species and chances for highlights such as Harpy and Crested Eagles, varied cotingas, parrots and much more.

This tour is suitable for spouses or non-photographer companions as well.

Level of difficulty is moderate, there are some quite long forest trails and of course the observation towers, which are 50m high accessed by stairs.
